A winner

I was about to purchase the GSXR 600 and my buddies at work talked me out of it, and I am very glad they did. I've this bike for almost a year and am very happywith it. I looked at the liter bike butit was too heavy, this bike is great compromise between the 600 and 1000. It's fast and can pull in a...ny gear. GSX-R 750

I've had this bike for 3 weeks now. Here are some pointers about it:



Pros:

Far nimbler than my '04 gixxer 750.

Power is alot smoother than the 600.

The whites styling looks great.

More comfortable than the competitors.

Brakes feel better than the '04.





Cons:

Don't be too bothered about... the mode selector, I stopped using it after a couple of days. It doesn't actually change the enginer map, like the suzuki site says, it only changes the way the throttle works.
Sits on high revs at high cruising speeds.
Mufler is huge and ugly.
There is no fuel gauge.


All in all i'm really happy with the bike. It has loads of power and has the most comfortable seating position of any sports bike i've ridden.

gsx-r 750

I have owned many motorcycles. After 35 years of street riding. I have found the perfect motorcycle. Handling is fantastic, it accelerates so fast. You believe that you can teleported. The 750 accelerates much faster than the 600! I am very impressed with the 750. I cannot imagine needing any... more on the street. Read Full Review

Top Contender of 2009

Once was a happy R6 rider, but had always secretly wanted the GSXR 750. I sold the R6 and bought a K9 750 and love it. This bike handles like a dream! Coming out of the apex with a handful of throttle and torque for days!!! I love this bike. I am now a Suzuki rider for life. Read Full Review
