Not much for a tour

I recently purchased a Suzuki C90T. I got it used and for a good price. It is my third Suzuki. I liked the other two and still have them. They require little maintenance and have been very dependable. I bought this one for long trips. The tour part of the bike is not holding up to expectation. I hav...e been checking around for equipment to purchase so that I can pack enough gear to stay gone for a while. Unfortunately I am not being successful. A couple of problems I'm having are with the back rest. The sissy bar has a bend in it. When installing my T-bag the universal straps do not fix so well. Also the bend in the sissy bar cut the bearing size of the billet rack in half and the T-bag does not have much to rest on. I will end up having to custom build and attach a rack extension with a straight upright to attached the T-bag. I am also disappointed that there in no locking storage available that I can find. The helmet lock is located under the saddle bags, not usable and is just plain stupid design. The bike ride is not the greatest and I have begun my search for a new ride. Suzuki in my openion has a ways to go before this is a bike I could recommend. Read Full Review
