Great and more
By (I am an Owner) on Jul 28, 2017I have owned this bike for just over 2 years and it's been trouble free with many happy miles. The only negative things I can say is about the original tires from Dunlap, I have since replaced them with Shinko 777 front & rear and I should have changed these from the first day, if I had known the ... upgrade would be so good it would have been done right away. The other item is the fuel gauge, it can fool you and when you think it says 1/2 tank it only has about 3/8 or less due to the shape of the tank, if it says 1/4 you better get gas fast. Overall the bike has incredible, handling on both country back roads & highway and it's what you'd expect from a bike costing many times more. For an 805CC it has plenty of power even riding with my wife on-board. We have a hill nearby that has an unusually steep grade, maybe 30 uphill and it takes that with no strain at all, not even breathing hard. The bike is a solid investment for serious riders that want a quality ride you can afford and expect to get loads of care free miles out of it. This is one of the better purchases I ever made. Even if I buy another bike someday this one will stay in the stable because it'll be tough to match another bike against this one for the money.

Brand friggin' new
By (I am an Owner) on Sep 03, 2011Just got a terrific deal on a new (as in .1 mile on the odometer) 2009 C50T. Terrific deal belied by my absence of mc experience (at least 40+ years since last ride). Have my learner's permit from DMV. Got her home okay (though did seriously consider pushing her home). Sweet ride, once I got the ... hang.

Useless review
By (I am an Owner) on Dec 13, 2010I have a brand new '09 C50T setting in the garage waiting for riding weather. I have only had the chance to ride it about 1 mile. That is enough to know that I am very anxious for warmer weather! I have been riding on or off road for 40 years, and owned many different bikes, and I must say I am more ... excited about this bike than I have been about any that I have had. I just browsed through all of the reviews listed on this site and it makes me feel even better about my purchase.
I love the styling similar to the HD softail. I love the comfort(although I do want a driver backrest). It's just killing me waiting on the weather! LOL

Awesome Ride
By (I am an Owner) on Sep 01, 2010I am a new rider(2010) and I must say it was love at first site with my C50T. I love the vintage look, white-wall tires (I have a black and gray one). Like most have said, the C50T came standard with windshild, footrest, comfortable seats. I have had my C50T since May 27 and already have 1800+ ... miles. I ride as often as I can....weather in NYC permitting. I stop a traffic lights and get numerous thumbs up and comments on the looks of the bike. It makes me smile. What gives me the greatest pleasure is when my C50T is confused with the HD Heritage Softtail, for which i enthousiasticly reply,"No, its a C50T Boulevard...I Harley have the payments for the HD."

Canadian Tour
By (I am an Owner) on Jul 16, 2010I just completed a 3600+ mile tour of Canada on my 2009 c50t. This is one fabulous riding bike, totally reliable, and very comfortable. I had no problem maintaining speeds throughout the trip in the 70 - 75 mph range and would highly recommend this cruiser to anyone looking for a mid-size bike. ... I'm 64 yrs old and have ridden many years. The lighter weight of this bike is a huge plus for me.

Little Money for Great Bike
By (I am an Owner) on Mar 11, 2010I was looking around at a local dealer who sold Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Kawasaki bikes. I already owned a Harley Sportster and wasn't planning on buying another bike quite yet. I was only there because I was with a friend whom was buying some gear. All of a sudden I see this 2-tone (blue & white) ... 2009 Suzuki C50T. Immediately I fell in love with the classic styling of the bike. I put a leg on it and placed my hands on the grips. It felt like it was built to fit me perfectly!
My friend came over and said, "John that bike is you". I was a bit leery about the engine size being only 50 cubic inches, but after taking it for a ride that was put to rest.
Needless to say, I bought it and rode it home. That was in July 2009 and it's now March 2010. I've put over 4000 miles on it. I've rode it more than 400 miles in one day, and was still ready to ride when I got home. I bought a gel pad for the saddle, but have never needed it even though I have no ass to speak of (LOL).
Another thing is that about all the accessory manufacturers make stuff for the C50T. During the winter I added Kuryakyn grips, Kuryakyn Hypercharger, Cobra pipes, Cobra Fi2000r fuel processor, Kuryakyn mirrors, Cobra engine guard, and pegs. It is a bike that's easily customized and has classic good looks.
The C50T came standard with windshield, bags, backrest, and floorboards. It has looks similar to a HD Heritage Soft-Tail. You can buy a new C50T for about $7500, so it's a real bargain at that price. I've seen them on sale at some dealers for even less.
I was told when I changed the pipes that I couldn't make it sound like my Harley, well I didn't expect it to. In all honesty though, It sounds as good, but a little different.

Why no aftermarket exhaust for this bike?
By (I am an Owner) on Nov 11, 2009I bought this bike in march, this year, off the showroom floor, love it best bike I ever owned,BUT... it is too quiet, would very much like to install a little throatier system,eg.. vance&hines cruzers, no luck as of yet, 2009 is all by itself. One can get cobra streetrodders, but they sound a little ... tinny. As far as I know this is the only system offerd now. Hopefully a decent system will be available soon. Other than that We love this bike, would recommend highly. Would like to hear if anyone has some info on this subject. Thanks Ron.

Very Impressed with this ride...
By (I am an Owner) on Sep 04, 2009This is about my 6th bike, biggest was a KZ 750. By far this is a nice ride for the dollar. I am very pleased with it so far and have had zero problems. I live in Canada and now have just passed the 10,000 km mark, 6200 miles, since buying new. I get great remarks about it's looks as well. I love ... this bike.

Great bike!
By (I am a Writer) on Aug 22, 2009I have owned motorcycles my whole life and have enjoyed them both on and off road. I bought the C50T because it is a great bike for local riding and for getting out with friends and thier bikes for longer rides. I have no problem keeping up with the bigger bikes and enjoy a comfortable ride at a ... great price! I am very happy with my choice and would definately recommend this motorcycle to anyone looking for a great overall bike.

Great looking bike.
By (I am an Owner) on Jul 21, 2009This is my 1st bike so I don`t have anything to compare it to. I did test ride several bikes but for the money and the performance i`ve made the right choice. My friends were telling me to get a bigger bike but being a 1st time rider I wanted something I could handle and enjoy. It keeps up with the ... big bikes and with the Vance and Hines exhaust it sounds great too.
