What Would You Recommend and Why?

I’ve ridden dirt bikes my whole life and I am looking for a street bike. I want a fun low hassle bike that is sporty and fast but not a crotch rocket. I like the Honda 599 but am also looking at the SV650 and Speed Four. What would you recommend and why?
