Extended Warranty on a Used Bike?

I am purchasing a used Suzuki Intruder VS1400 year 2003 from a dealer. The bike seems in good shape and the price is decent but the dealer thinks I should buy an extended warranty for the bike at $800 for two years. Are these warranties worth it?
