LOVE THIS SCOOTER!

I bought it after looking around a LOT and after driving a piece of junk (Roketa) that lasted only 1.5 years before I had to invest a lot of $$ in it to get it running enough to sell it.



The Honda quality is highly apparent--and I only paid about $700 more for the Honda than I did for the Roket...a. Wish I knew then what I knew now!!! Anyway, here are the features I love: Comfy, well-built seats that fit 2, pegs for rear riders feet, HUGE storage area (biggest one I've seen), BRIGHT rear tail light for better visability,great gas mileage (100 mpg+), smooth acceleration and braking action, and of course--the stellar looks!! ; ) I'm also super-impressed with the handling and the suspension for the size of the wheels and the scooter. I like how quiet the ride is....no headaches from loud engines. Finally, I'm really glad they made this model in red--it's gourgeous!

Don't like the center stand (versus a kick stand AND a center stand), and I wish it had just a bit more pep. However, I'm willing to sacrifice some pep for better gas mileage. I plan to add a windshield for it eventually.

Bottom line--I love this scooter and highly recommend it. Don't fool yourself and get a lesser machine. You'll be happy you invested in the Honda because it will save time and angst over the long haul. Read Full Review

A dream vehicle

Don't know if it's an Elite 110, but it's a Honda Ruckus.

I bought it used with 6 miles on it.

I live in a small town, where 35 is the top speed, so this is the perfect little vehicle.

It handles like a dream. I'm 5'4" and 118 pounds. It's perfect for me. My husband is 5'7" and 150 and... he is also totally comfortable driving it.

Great little scooter

I live at 5300 feet altitude in a hilly area, Rio Rancho, NM. This scooter still accelerates faster than a car under normal acceleration. I am averaging 109 mpg in town. Very smooth compared to all other scooters I have ridden. LOTS of storage. Great handling. At this altitude, on the steepest... hills under maximum load, (two passengers, 350 lbs+ cargo), it still maintains 35 mph. My only wish is that it came with a kick stand, and not just a center stand. There is a mounting space for a kick stand though, and they can be bought. This is not an issue with me, but my wife and kid haven't got the hang of pulling up on the cargo carrier when putting it on the center stand. Read Full Review

Honda Elite 110 2010 model

Puchased used a week ago with 3500 miles for $1,199 for a BMW dealer in SoCal. Had some minor scratches on both sides from tip overs, but runs fine. Only issue is that it topped out around 48.5mph and all articles on it claim 52mph top speed. So, put on a new rear tire as old one was down to the ...indicator. Getting 49mph now. So, ordered new belt and rollers to see if that fixes things as both those parts when worn can cost you top speed. I'll update in a few days if I can remember.

It's a pleasant little scoot though. I had wanted the PCX but liked the lower price point on the Elite, also the flat floor is really useful for trips to the grocery store for putting cases of beer or Soda. Also had a hair more underseat storage and can fit 2 full face helmets(depending on size and brand).

Handling is great, brakes are great. Nice and quiet coming from a modified Zuma with a 70cc kit. Power is adequate...yes, a full throttle start from a stop will put you out in front of most cars, but it's not fast by any means. And from reading most reviews, I'd have to say it felt somewhat slower than what I was expecting. First tank with lots of 2 up and experimenting with the throttle and brakes got me 83mpg. I expect great MPG with the EFI and long service intervals with the liquid cooling. Very Pleased so far, but must say...would be really nice if it was a bit faster. In that sense, the PCX would really have fit the bill as 59mph would have never left me in the way of any cars...but at 49mph at the moment, I'm not a hazard, but it's not optimum.

I think if I were to find a PCX at a steal, I may upgrade at some point regardless of the loss of being able to carry stuff on the floorboard.

Superp city scooter

I stepped up from a Honda Metropolitan to the Elite 110. The Elite is fast enough for street riding and nimble, with great cornering and fine brakes. Fast off the line so impatient cagers are not sitting on my tail when I get going at a green light.



Battlescooter sells a kickstand made for the... Elite 110 and Slipstreamer makes a windscreen for it. I got both accessories and the bike is perfect. Terrific storage under the seat and this scooter is reliable and fun. Good on gas. I ride on busy NYC streets with nutsy traffic and this scooter really hauls me around everything. Love it.
