Ducati accuses MV Agusta boss of theft

Former Ducati CFO investigated for industrial espionage

MV Agusta director Enrico DOnofrio is being investigated for industrial espionage.

DOnofrio became managing director of MV Agusta on May 1 after joining the Harley-Davidson subsidiary as corporate general director early this year.

Prior to joining MV Agusta, DOnofrio was the chief financial officer for Ducati who is now accusing him of industrial espionage, unlawful competition and theft.

Enrico D'Onofrio became MV Agusta's managing director on May 1.
searched DOnofrios home and office on May 18. DOnofrios attourney, Alessandro Diddi told Italian news service ANSA that investigators seized a computer.
