Which Bike to Buy: CBR600F4i or SV650?

I'm considering getting a little 600/650 for canyon carving, and I've narrowed my choices to two: the CBR600F4i and the SV650.
There are lots of cheap '03 CBR's on the market right now, so the price difference isn't so much of a concern. What I'm wondering about though is the different ride that each bike offers.
Perhaps some MO readers might make some suggestions or recommendations?
