American Honda and the Honda Riders Club of America posts over $11,000,000 in 2006 racing contingency program.

All year long in 2006, the Honda Riders Club of America™ (HRCA®) will be offering Honda - mounted racers contingencies totaling more than $11,000,000, available to both professionals and amateurs. This big-rewards program covers nearly 700 events in just about every racing venue: AMA Supercross and motocross; arenacross; local and national MX events; dirt track; enduro; supermoto; ATV racing and road racing. Supercross tops the payout charts with SX Pro racers receiving $50,000 for a single race win and Lites Pro racers $25,000 per win. Regardless of which venue you favor, there’s an amazing amount to be earned all across the board.

This program can make a big difference to a racer’s efforts. According to Unbound Energy/MDK Motorsports Honda rider Nick Wey, who achieved a podium finish at this year’s San Francisco Supercross race, "Without the HRCA contingency program, privateers like me couldn't keep our program going. Even with all the great support we receive from our sponsors, HRCA contingency awards play an important role.”
