My GSX-R 750 K5

My GSX-R 750 K5, Mods include Leo Vince factory Racing Carbonio - Passaggio Ultra high full exaust system, Power commander with a map made by Phill Tainton Racing (Team Yushi Suzuki Australia) and a BMC air filter, puts out 138.86 Horse power at the rear wheel on the dyno!!!! Great fun to ride, very... hard to keep at the speed limit, even around corners, the pirelli Diablo Corser 3 tyres are a bit slick until they warm up (about 5 KMs on the road to warm up) then they hold like glue. Give the throtle a good yank & you will hit aboun 130Kms/Hour in first gear with the front wheel well up in the air but it's a very controlable power, easy to put the power on just enough that the front wheel is just skipping on the road... i've ridden a lot of bikes in my day (i got my first bike at 3 years old, i'm 26 now) but this is consistently the most fun to ride and the bike i've ever felt the most in control on... i own a 2005 gsx r750 amazing bike! smooth shifts plenty of power when you get up to about 5500 rpm below that it is pretty sluggish can do any turn aS long as you can hold on! sounds great joy to ride Read Full Review

GSXR 750

To the review posted above, I owned a GSXR 750 and traded it in for a Ducati 999R, I'd go back to a GSXR in a heartbeat. The Duc has no powerband, high center of gravity, feels like a boat anchor in comparison, and while stable in handling, not nimble. If you're dying for a Ducati buy a used 848, ...thats as close to japanese handling and razor-like bike as you're going to get with the Italians. Plus Japanese bikes come standard with titanium con rods and valves. You have to buy special Duc's to get that. BTW on the street I found little difference between Tokico brakes, and Showa forks compared to Brembos and Ohlins. Read Full Review
