Kawasaki has released images of its 2011 World Superbike-spec Ninja ZX-10R racebike.

The photographs were released as Kawasaki s research and development team prepares for a two-day test of the new ZX-10R at the Suzuka International Race Course in Japan.

The images come weeks after Kawasaki revealed a design sketch and launched a website for the 2011 ZX-10R.

Kawasaki claims the production ZX-10R will have over 190hp while weighing 436.5 pounds, about 22 pounds lighter than the 2010 version. More details are expected to be released over the next few days.
