Bombardier Recreational Products has announced its 2011 Can-Am Spyder Roadster line-up including a new luxury touring model.

The 2011 Can-Am Spyder RT Limited is the new luxury model in the Spyders RT touring line which includes the base RT, RT Audio & Convenience and RT-S.

In addition to the RT-S versions upgraded audio system, fog lamps, LED lighting and electronically-adjustable auto-leveling rear air suspension, the RT Limited comes equipped with a Garmin Zumo 660 GPS with custom handlebar mount, embroidered seat four semi-rigid travel bags and a travel cover. The Can-Am Spyder RT Limited will also come standard with the SE5 5-speed semi-automatic with reverse transmission (available as an option on the RT Audio & Convenience and RT-S) and gets an exclusive Pearl White color.

The 2011 Can-Am Spyder RT Limited is available exclusively in Pearl White.

All 2011 Can-Am Spyder RT models received an updated front suspension intended to reduce body roll. According to BRP, new electric height windshield and wind deflectors help keep riders cool without compromising wind protection.

The sportier Can-Am Spyder RS line also gets some updates for 2011. All RS models receive an upgraded anti-vibration system. The hood on the 2011 RS can now be opened with just one hand while the engine is running. The RS-S package is now available with blacked-out components and two new two-tone color schemes: Pure Magnesium Metallic/Steel Black Metallic and Alloy Orange Metallic/Matte Black.

Two-tone coloring and blacked out components give the Cam-Am Spyder RS-S a more aggressive look.

When youre riding any Spyder roadster model, you can feel the excitement its design generates with people all around the world, says Chris Dawson, BRP vice-president and general manager, International division. Our designers are constantly working on new colours, trims and accessories that will keep that intense emotional connection people have with the Spyder; it can be seen in the new look of the RS-S and elegance of the RT Limited models.
