Called in to order some parts, he knew what I needed, so he said, I told him the parts I needed, he said he knew exactly the parts, they ordered the parts, called me and I went in to pick them up, surprise, wrong parts, and he argued with me that those were what I asked for, I reminded him that I told him the parts I wanted were not the ones he ordered, resigned myself to shop at a different dealer, from now on, he has obviously taken the "Parts Man Oath" "NEVER GIVE THEM THE RIGHT PART THE FIRST TIME"!
I have been dealing with these folks for about 10 years. What's not average is the way you're treated walking through the door. Hello and let me know if I can help. Nothing resembling the usual approach that I've always found annoying. Not the in your face or even the "laid back nuisance" approach. Over the years I've needed a few parts and have always been very happy with pricing and availability, especially from a "dealer". Service work (tires, etc) is cheaper! I've priced them against other dealer facilities and private shops and guess where I went? Not a bad thing to say ever. I've recommended to other folks and will do so here. Refreshing to find folks that work hard at it and treat their customers the way they should be. Kudos.
