Was there December 2011 to buy in cash a go cart for my grandson, as I was walking out to get my wallet, I heard the guy behind the counter say she's not going to buy (a four letter word), as I turned to look at him, I thought of my grandson, wish I would have told him what I thought and left, given my hard earned money to someone who appreciated the business, to make a VERY long story short, I picked up the thing Christmas Eve it had a huge scratch, pine straw, and dirt on it. Christmas night it stopped running, took it in, and not to my surprise I was told by none other then yes THE GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER that they would look at it, but it was not there responsible, they only sold them. Today as I'm online researching, dealers to buy my grandson an artic cat I came across the web site and wanted to share with you my experience, needless to say my money will go to someone who truly appreciates my business.
I visited this dealer Christmas Eve to purchase a 2013 Can Am Outlander Max LTD. I paid for the 4 wheeler with cash the same day. The owner Mike told me he would have to wait til Thursday to find out if he could get the one I wanted because he did not have one in stock, not a problem. He final,y called me Friday and let me know he found one in TN and could go get it and depending on weather and all have it back to me Saturday around 3 or 4. I agreed with that arrangement. He then called me back about an hour later and told me that he probably would not be back that early, but rather at around 7 or so. However, he could have a picture of the bike for me to provide my husband at his birthday party, as this was his birthday present and he would also give me a call on his way back; I was disappointed but I agreed that would be fine. Here I am, a week and a half later, have not received any phone calls, have left several messages and still no four wheeler. As a previous buyer of Can Am products, I know that this is not a way a dealer should work. Very dissatisfied and will definitely let everyone know my experience.
Didn't seem very interested in helping me find parts I needed. Got feedback from friends about them being huffy and down right rude about servicing equipment there not purchased from them. Not a place I like to spend my hard earned money with.
Not very knowledgeable employees, store a bit off the beaten path. Most of my time was spent getting credit approval.....I finally had to call back jonly to find out some information was missing. What a dissapointment working with the creditor and the dealership. I ended up buying an Artic Cat from Bass Pro.
