Springfield motor sports is a low down conniving bunch of individuals and take heed to what I say or believe me when I say, you too will be posting here in a negative way.

I dropped my wheel off to have new rear bearings put in and 31 days later they spun out destroying the bearings, needle ... bearings collars, oil seals, and axle, not to mention the tow home only to find out the bearings has a 30 day guarantee and they stuffed me with over two hundred in losses. They lied on numerous occasions about how long it would take and rush orders that were never placed. It took THREE WEEKS to get my wheel back!

This is a stern warning, STAY AWAY FROM SPRINGFIELD MOTOR SPORTS! I was then told by Springfield motorsports mother store if I pulled this ad they would give me store credit in the amount of 200.00. last August 2012. Well in my eyes a promise is a promise and my bike was running good and with winter just around the corner I had no need to use my store credit. Well around mid july I started getting a noise coming from my rear wheel which sounded to me to be the rear bearings once again so I called Robert Wheeler over at Springfield motorsports mother store to tell Robert I think my wheel bearings are going for the third time only to have him tell me that our deal was no longer. Three sets of bearings? In less than one riding season? I have never in my life seen such shotty mechanics as Springfield Motorsports, nor a more snakey customer service as New England Cycle Center and Robert Wheeler.
