I purchased a new Shadow from Plaza a few years back, I decided it was time to upgrade so I went back to Plaza. The sales guy was a jerk, acted like I was bothering him because I had questions about the new bike I was looking at the Questions about my old bike. The sales guy just wanted to fill out papers and wham bam thank you commission check. Because I purchased my bike there and was going to buy another bike there I tried to haggle his ridiculously low trade value. My bike was only 4 years old, low miles, and show room condition (always kept in doors, always covered, cleaned and shined weekly) He just gave me attitude and said "are you going to trade or not".
I asked what the book value on my bike was compared to the trade value and he refused to tell me. I asked what the book trade value was and he said he had other people to help if I wasnt a serious buyer. I walked out and looked up the values on my phone, He was trying to hose me on the trade and the purchase, offered me below trade value for my mint condition bike and wanted top dollar for the new bike. I know its a dealer and they want to make money, but they are terrible. Service sucked and you could get a better deals anywhere.
I sold my bike myself and bought the new one at another dealer.

I have been into plaza to buy parts over the years. Each time I was there I would check out there new and used atvs and line. I cannot even begin to help others understand how horrible there sales guys are. Complete arrogant jerks who have no patience at all. I was trying to make several calls on the salesmans phone at one point at his desk to secure consigner and he kept acting in a hurry. I actually walked out and told him he blew a sale. Next thing you know he is irate with me and yelling at me in front of other customers. Years later I went back and was just looking and got the same my Shiz don't stink I don't have time to assist you arrogant attitude and the guy pushed the whole these are in such demand we are your only option at several thousand over everyone else's quotes. I've been to some of the worst car dealerships I can remember and the salesman don't hold a candle to plazas. They must send them to a special school!

I just moved to Salt Lake and was looking for a place to do business as I own 2 ATV's. After reading all of these reviews I wont take my business to this place. Thanks to all for the heads up. I only hope that someone at Plaza Cycle see this and does something about it.

Went into the business inquiring about a 2014 RZR 4 900. Was told not only were there none in stock but they were sold out through out Utah and they nor any other dealer could order them. Was also told the RZR 900 4 was not being produced any more. I know this is not the case since I had just left another dealer who did have them in stock. After reading another review I see this is the way they operate. If I were Polaris I would seriously consider pulling the Polaris line form this business.

Horrible! My dad just bought two brand new rzr machines from Plaza Cycle. One lost compression in the engine before the season even started. Come to find out, it didn't have an air filter and Plaza never checked that during dealer prep. Now, they say he took the filter out. They are charging a couple hundred $$ for the assessment (to lie and tell him he took out the filter, ludicrous). They also want to charge almost another $1k to fix it. And, are saying it won't be done until the end of the summer. So, he just paid almost $10k for a new machine and doesn't get to ride it the first summer and then has to pay over $1k to fix their mistake. It wasn't even broken-in yet. Ridiculous!!

Don't ever do business here. If you already have, better make sure you have an air filter and everything else. Apparently they don't check that kind of stuff and don't care to help fix their own mistakes.

This guys are a waste of time indeed. I called in to get a quote for a motorcycle and they weren't helpful at all. Please, don't waste your precious time with this people.

The worst experience I have ever had in making a purchase. Horrible management. Excuses about every issue a customer asks about. Never shop here again. Beware.!!

Also went to buy a razor..LIST PRICE.
Shopped around, Tremonton, and Idaho cut the price by several hundred dollars.
Then I went to buy some rzr clutch parts, and already knew what the retail and online price was, they quoted me "OVER" list price...When I asked if I could get a 10% discount,,,they acted like,.."what do you mean you want a discount" are cost is $____!!(over MSRP).
What a freaking joke.

Should of learned my lesson from a couple years ago.
Serivce quoted me a price to tune my carb on a yamaha trail way..
I said fix it.
When I went to pick it up, it was more then double the price they quoted me.
They said, the carb was dumping raw fuel in the crank case, as so we had to flush it twice, and put more "Yamalube" oil in.....
Never called me, just did the work, and now "pay me customer"...
Very unhappy with this dealership.

Price snobs! "You can't get a Polaris RZR because they are so in demand! Therefore, you MUST pay us full MSRP!" Liars! After being treated rudely for even suggesting I wanted a good price and "perhaps you should shop XXX dealer," I DID shop XXX dealer and bought a brand new RZR4, in stock for about a thousand LESS than the price snobs at Plaza. They won't get a dime of my money and I plan on telling everyone I meet of their deceptive sales techniques.

I took my ATV to Plaza Cycle to get some work done. After a week or so they called, said the ATV was fixed. When I looked at my ATV I noticed the flag that was attached was busted off and they also told me they had left the key on and the battery was dead. With good customer service they should have replaced the battery since it was a new battery to begin with, as well the flag. I talked to services and then I talked to the service manager which both told me they wouldn't do anything about it. They told me to charge the battery, however I talked to one of their parts employees and asked if an ATV battery is drained can they be charged back to their fullest. He said no, they don't work like car batteries. So I took my business elsewhere.
Plaza Cycle has horrible customer service and will not have my business ever again.
