Took my Honda to this place for 8K/Annual servicing and was called when ready to pick-up. It wasn't ready and still had covers/other items missing that required removal to work on bike. Asked them, "What @ this?" The guy goes returns with a wrench and attaches the cover. Then I start a more thorough ... exam before I hop on the HWY, right? They left several bolts/screws loose &/or missing. Later I found out that a retaining pin was missing and had to order one online. Would NEVER recommend this place to a Honda Cycle Owner. They might sell one now and then but they sure don't know service B-A-S-I-C-S. I mean, for the $$$ they charged, they don't have staff that know how to reverse assemble? Disgusted. Will have my ride towed 1000 miles in ANY direction to avoid patronizing that business again. OH...and by the way, I checked out the next closest shop and the initial page said it was 5/5 stars based on one review? I read it and the review read "Is this place still in business? Hard to believe with the poor sales & service they had." So, read into these sites/reviews and take a HUGE grain of salt with it. Ride fast...but never in a hurry.
