I ordered a Yamaha muffler from this dealership and they sent what they had instead of what I ordered. I had to jump through hoops and wait for six months before they would let me return it.
Very poor customer service.

I purchased 2 2013 Seadoo 260's along with equipment from the Huron dealership. When I needed warranty work done they put me off for weeks. When I finally got a hold of them after leaving several messages, I was told that it would be another 4 weeks. They needed to take care of their customers. I thought iyou'd be considered a customer if you spent 30k from them, guess not. I always heard nightmares about this dealership, now I know why.

I live in the metro Detroit area. I drove 150 miles to J&J to purchase my new Yamaha. I saved over $3K and got exactly what I wanted. I would buy from J&J again.

I bought a 2013 Yamaha FZ8 from Brian, and it was the best experience at a dealership I've ever had. I traveled from Michigan to make the purchase, since my local dealer couldn't be bothered to sell me a bike. That's OK though, I got a better price and no hassles from J&J, I'll be back for my next one, too!

bought a can am spyder, was awesome ,great people,very helpfull and always willing to go beyond what is needed for the customer, keep it simple and customers will follow .
