I've been there a couple times...I usually have them install a tire on my rim for my '85 Goldwing...their price is good & everyone is glad to help where they can...it's a blessing having a shop close, since Burcham's burnt in Vincennes...Don't take this as a threat, but..."I be back..."

If I have to dish the bad, I'll look for a chance to also dish the good: went into Hoefflings yesterday for some miscellaneous parts, and also had a few questions. The counter guys were helpful and even friendly. They gave sound advice and good service. Good job Hoefflings!

I keep doing it... going back to Hoeffling's Lawn and Cycle. It's a 15 minute drive and with all the brands they carry, it seems convenient.
Every time, I'm sorry I went.
They guys behind the counter act as if you should be thankful they even grunted at you. You ... better have all your ducks in a row before you even show up... don't make them look anything up or they will look at you like you're from Mars.
They have the worst reputation of any shop in this area and I stupidly keep giving them more chances.
They carry and service Yamaha quads, so I called to check if they had bigger jets in stock for a Blaster. Well, they don't know for sure?!?!
So I ask what time they close on Saturday. 2PM. So I tell them to expect me before 2... later drive 15 mn one way to get there at 1:50PM. "CLOSED" sign, gate locked, no one in sight. Went back two days later to hear them decide they DIDN'T have my jets in stock after all. An hour of driving for nothing. Salesman first told me they closed at 2 on Saturday when i told him no one was home when i arrived two days earlier. Sure... yeah you did. Last straw...
Go to Evansville Super Bike just 35mn south off of I69. They will treat you like a king.
