At Fuel Powersports in West Bend, Wisconsin, the staff facilitated my purchase of the 2023 Indian Pursuit Dark Horse Premium with exceptional ease and professionalism.
Brandon Mertes, from the sales team, attentively listened to my preferences and skill level, providing expert ... recommendations tailored to my needs. His unwavering commitment to ensuring a seamless purchasing process was commendable.
Additionally, Paul Shilts, in the parts department, proved invaluable to a new bike owner like myself. His suggestions were rooted in customer needs rather than mere profit considerations. On several occasions, I shared findings from Amazon or YouTube with him, and he consistently managed to offer competitive prices and steer me away from ill-advised choices. His personalized approach felt akin to seeking advice from an old friend, rather than interacting with a soulless machine at a parts counter. This commitment extended to Indian gear and parts, where he directed me toward cost-saving sale items.
Brian Mienzer, in the service department, is a veritable repository of knowledge when it comes to all things Indian motorcycles. He adeptly addressed my queries, breaking down complex technical details into easily understandable explanations. His willingness to delve into intricate topics demonstrated his expertise and dedication.
The team’s thoughtful gesture of overnighting me freshly baked cookies after the sale solidified my loyalty as a lifelong customer. I wholeheartedly recommend this honest dealership for their exceptional service. Thank you for transforming what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one.

I brought my yamaha generator in for service under warranty and they said they would fix it free of charge. After they claimed they fixed it they insisted on charging me. I argue and said no and called yamaha. Yamaha told them to cover it. 2 weeks later the generator was acting up again. Took it ... back too fuel and they told me to take it to a certified yamaha dealer. So I did and they replaced a part and cleaned the carborator. Fuel told me on first visit that they cleaned the carborator. They lied to me about cleaning it and even tried to charge me for warranty work they never completed. What a bunch of crooks.

I bought a used Kawasaki 750 FI Teyrx from this place a couple of months ago. I keep it at a cabin in nothern wis. It never started well since the first time I tried to use it. It has only about 5 miles on it since I bought it and now does not start at all. I took it to a local repari shop and ... they informed me the Electronic Control Unit was totally corroded and preventing power from getting to needed components including fuel injection system, rollover switch, and others. ECU replaement cost of part only is $518. In addition the wiring harness had corrosion down some of the wires to the point the harness needs replacement.
All these issues when I was told this was a 'good running unit', in very good condition. Now they refuse to stand behind their product, when it has never run good. Their service department must be a little lacking also since I returned it to them once and they told me it was only the sparks plugs.
I would not buy anythng from this place, nor get anything serviced. They are out to make a sale and then after that they could care less.
