Not particularly responsive to customer needs. At one point I had some work done on my bike at this dealer, and it took me 2 weeks to get hold of them after the bike was supposed to be done. Got a much better response from Des Plaines Honda's service department. The next bike I purchase will likely ... be a Honda.
