I am completely dissatisfied with my service experience. I dropped off my bike a 2016 Ducati XDiavel S 30March after speaking with Greg and service reps about what I need to have performed. In my case it was 1 recall and a warranty item. While Greg was very helpful and knowledgeable I had an expectation ... that the bike would be completed between 6-10April. This expectation was created by Greg telling me when I should expect the bike to be complete and ready. Of course today I call to get a status one business day after that timeframe and much to my surprise and severe disappointment nothing on my bike has started yet.
While I appreciate Greg's apology this is a business and I expect it to perform as one. Expectations were set and now with the weather finally turning I am left with a wasted two weeks. Adding insult to injury I received another call back stating if I left the bike with Coleman's in Woodbridge longer it can be ready possibly by Saturday. How can I trust Coleman's service as a consumer that your business will meet the terms that were offered when they failed to meet the initial agreement?
I am glad I didn't commit to bringing our other bikes in for additional recall work as was suggested by Greg. I made the mistake of trusting this business to conform to the agreement they provided me.

I just bought a '12 Honda CB1000R from these guys. If I really was unsure about the purchase of this particular bike, I would not have done it. The Sales Manager is a complete SOB. He reneged on the agreed upon price because I had to retrieve the the bike from 400 miles away and couldn't do it immediately. ... He did this even though he had my deposit and the financing was assured. Scott and Chris on the sales staff are stand up guys and tried to make this right as best they could. They would get 5 stars. However, a dealership rises or falls on the keeping of its word. I do not trust Coleman enough to deal with them ever again.

Actually , I am an owner of a repair shop in Arkansas . We work on ANYTHING and we do not always know about a problem when it comes in - but we are completely knowledgable about the issue before it leaves our shop. THIS time we needed help with the required knowledge and happened to call Coleman ... - They were just SUPER about helping us with a question on an 09 Ducati 911 - They gained NOTHING from helping us , so I have to believe that they are seriously upping their game when it comes to being helpfull on consumer issues.
THIS is the sort of folks we need in this industry .
I did not rate "pricing and value or Showroom" because I have no knowledge on those points .
I would expect their repair work to be SPOT ON -- as a result I would expect these guys to be too busy to ALWAYS have time to "flatter" the customers .
The end result is whats important anyway , and these guys know their product !!

I have been there a few times and other than the lay out and products they carry the place is frustrating every time I have gone there. Customer service is never an option there, they are doing you a favor by letting you walk in the door. Take it or leave it attitude.

I was looking for a tool to remove the cylinder on my polaris jet ski, and they had no knowledge or understanding of the jet ski.
