If you’ve watched any of the videos that Motorcycle.com has produced in house over the last couple of years, you’ve seen the video captured by Insta360 cameras. They have the ability to capture video in all directions, allowing for cool effects, like pan shots from the rider to the other bikes around as they pass each other. Also, since the camera captures the whole world, you don’t need to spend lots of time leveling and aiming the camera just right. Simply place it on your bike or other mount and grab the framing in the phone or computer app. Very cool! So naturally, we were excited when the company agreed to give away an Insta360 X3 camera to two lucky winners. That’s a $450 value!

Don’t know about the new Insta360 X3 camera? Well, read on! There are two big changes that separate the X3 from the previous generation. First, the camera uses 1/2-in. 48 MP sensors to capture your 360° videos in 5.7K at 30/25/24 fps. Drop the resolution to 4K, and you get 60/30 fps capability. When you don’t need the full 360°, you can switch to Single-Lens Mode to shoot 4K at 30/25/24 fps. By shooting at one time and reframing later, Insta360 allows you to tailor your video to the platform it will be published on, 4:5 for Instagram, 9:16 for TikTok, or 16:9 for YouTube – all with the same footage! The other big change is the new, rectangular 2.29-in. touch screen on the back of the camera. Four buttons make it easy to change settings – even when wearing gloves.

Other changes include Direction Focus audio, which ensures that the audio follows the action while the framing shifts in editing. There’s also the new 1800mAh battery for increased recording time.

Finally, comes the Insta360 magic sauce, the Insta360 mobile app uses AI technology, allowing users to get up to speed right away and start posting videos. Snap Wizard allows the user to pan their phone to adjust the framing in the shot, while Deep Track 2.0 follows a user-selected feature in the frame. Finally, Auto Frame picks out the highlights of the shot and edits them together for you. Of course, there is a desktop app for more detailed viewing and more editing control.

6 ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
