Speedmaster 2008
By (I am an Owner) on Nov 21, 2008Having got my speedmaster in March, I have 300 miles to go for my first years service. With in a short time of getting the bike, I changed the seat for a touring seat. A must have for passengers. Change the pipes to a set of stainless Zorts branded pipes from Graham Harris In new Zealand, in the ... south island. Awesome sound & good feedback from riding partners. Handling I am impressed & throttle response depends on gear your in & what your doing at the time. Big blocks get away at first, but shes quicker through the corners. Keeps up & above the HD1200's if you want to ride the ride. Brakes are excellen, glad I chose the twin brakes to the single model. Indicator instrument should of been in with the the speedo as you to tend to miss them in the tank. The other really pain in the arse in a mph speedo in a km's country. Makes you stop & think your distances sometimes. After coming off adventure bikes going to a cruiser was quite a change. But I am pleased & happy with what my speedmaster puts out. I am waiting for the warranty to expire & then I going for a wisco big bore kit.

Awesome Ride! Awesome Bike!
By (I am an Owner) on Sep 22, 2008Just bought a Speeedmaster after deliberating several other makes, including two BMWs & several Harley Davidson models. The Speedmaster just feels good, and I got it for a better price than all of the other models considered. What's more, I can't see the need to upgrade anything. And as an environmental ... engineer who likes a retro-look, I appreciate how they hid the EFI and emission controls of my 2009 (looks carbureted). A Triumph indeed!

Not just another UJM
By (I am an Enthusiast) on Sep 16, 2008I have been riding for over 50 years and I must say that my Speedmaster is one of best of many bikes I have owned. The engine is smooth, powerful and responsive. Fit and finish are on a par with any other manufacture.
I sold a 2007 Honda Aero and purchased the Triumph after looking ... at a Moto Guzzi and other bikes.
