Fantastic cruiser!!
By (I am an Owner) on Feb 02, 2015I bought my 08 Blvd in January 2012 from a guy I know at a great price. I love this bike. The 2 tone red/white always gets compliments. It had around 6000 miles on it. Now it has over 20,000 miles on it. I've customized it with a batwing fairing, stereo, etc and painted red to match. Hard bags are ... next. Then it'll be off to bike shows as a custom metric bagger. I'll never sell this bike.

Fantastic bike for the money.
By (I am an Owner) on Sep 15, 2013I have 8700 miles on this bike. It rides like a charm, accelerates well enough if you are not racing, handles nery nimbly and is super reliable. Gives me 60 MPG. I replaced the battery after 5 years and changed the oil. That's it. I have added engine guards, floor boards for my wife, a light ... bar, a tachometer, a 12 volt outlet for my GPS and a Bestem trunk with LED marker & brake lights. Airhawk air cell seat cushions make long rides a breeze, particularly for her. The passenger seat is not comfortable after 30 minutes or more.

Fabulous Bike !
By (I am an Owner) on Mar 28, 2010I purchased this bike in March of 2008 and I absolutely love it. It's the first bike I've owned with fuel injection and I'll never go back. I've added chrome neck covers, chrome luggage rack, chrome mesh grille, Cobra Pipes and a FI2000R digital fuel processor. I also added a tach kit from Pro-One ... and let me tell you I never received so many compliments on a motorcycle I've owned. There is a nice performance boost with the pipes and processor and this 805cc really pack a punch. Only problem I had with this bike is the passenger footpegs are too close to the saddlebags making it difficult for the passenger to place their feet. I added longer floorboards to rectify that; otherwise I highly recommend this bike to anyone.

Overall Satisifaction
By (I am an Owner) on Feb 02, 2010Overall I am pleased with my C50T, but because of Suzuki's refusal to honor warranty repairs, I would never buy another Suzuki. The only issue I have with my bike is with the wheels spokes. They corrode, flake and then the chrome peels off. Suzuki's customer service personnel say's they have never ... heard of the problem before; but after checking with several other Suzuki dealers around the country I found out that the problem has been reported several times.

2008 Suzuki Boulevard C50T
By (I am an Owner) on May 15, 2009I purchased a 2008 Suzuki Boulevard C50T about a month ago and have a little over 600 miles on it. I love the look and asthetics of the bike. The floorboards and heel/toe shifter are a nice touch. The seat could be a little better as my butt starts to burn after about an hour. The biggest gripe I ... have is that the saddlebags hide the helmet lock. There is no way to get the key behind the bags to access the lock. I called Suzuki about this and complained. I'm sure I'm not the first.
I told them the design was poor and they should move the lock. I also told them that they should give me a credit towards an aftermarket helmet lock which they refused to do. I understand that the 2009 models have the same problem. It appears that Suzuki doesn't care about this problem and is unwilling to fix it.
I washed my bike and when I washed the front turn signal, the yellow lens cap fell off. I took it to the suzuki dealership and they acknowledged that it shouldn,t have happened. The dealership ordered me a new turn signal which took over three weeks to get.
I'm disappointed in Suzuki.

One Awsome Bike!
By (I am an Owner) on Apr 25, 2009The perfect bike! Fuel Injection, water cooled, drive shaft, all for under $8000. I ride every day above 28 degrees and this bike is everything I could ask for. I have added some upgrades but I wouldn't trade it even for any 2009. It handles like a dream. That, to me is way more important than ... maco cc displacement. I can keep up with any bike twice the dsiplacement within any U.S. legal speed limit. With possibly the exception of the Harley Ultra Classic, it is the best looking bike in our parking lot. I plan to ride it until it won't go any more. Based on the MC forums, that may be quit a while - some have over 80K miles.

A fun, really good buy bike
By (I am an Owner) on Mar 06, 2009I've had my red/white C50T for about 5 months now and have put 7400 miles on the meter. Being 61 years old, comfort and dependability were key...in my youth I sold motorcycles, and this time around I wanted three key features: 1. Shaft drive 2. Liquid cooling 3. Fuel injection. Now, try and find a ... motorcycle with those at a price like this. Hard, right? With Suzuki's reputation for quality, this is without a doubt a GREAT bargain. So far, nothing-absolutely nothing- has gone wrong with my ride. Everywhere I go, the bike attracts lookers-it really is pretty in this paint scheme.
I am so enamored with this motorcycle, that almost certainly when the time comes, I will trade up to the C90T.

Great all around choice
By (I am an Owner) on Jan 01, 2009My Wife and I each own a C50T. Hers red/wht and mine in black. We shopped for a few months and looked at everything. We made the right choice. These bikes perform and handle good around town as well as on the highway. We paid less for these two brand new bikes that one of the very popular U.S. made ... bikes. Can you say no-brainer?

we're a pair
By (I am an Owner) on Dec 26, 2008I am 70 years old and my passion in life is riding my bike. I have the 2008 red and white Suzuki C50T. To fit me better, I have added 4" pull-back risers and footpegs to occasionally rest my legs. I am due to get my Mustang seat in less than a week and can't wait. I also put "crampbuster's" on ... the grips to make my hands more comfortable.
Now that I am practically retired, I plan to do a lot of touring. Life is good.

2008 C50T Solid Bike
By (I am an Owner) on Dec 08, 2008This bike is an excellent bike for experienced or new riders alike. At 800 cc the engine is enough for getting around town or hauling you down the freeway, reliable and durable are the two best words for this bike. If one was going to pick on something it would be the comfort of the seat for long ... rides.

On the Boulevard
By (I am an Owner) on Oct 16, 2008This is the most balanced bike I have ever ridden. It has good power and the red/ivory scheme with swept-back fenders is right out of the 60's and 70's. My lady loves being on the old-style king & queen high back seat. This bike is worth it.

I love this bike.
By (I am an Owner) on Sep 27, 2008After months of reading reviews and trips to local dealers, I narrowed my choice b/w the C90T, C50T, & V Star 1100. Today I sat on every bike in the store. The C50T fit me the best. I bought it. Today I rode 94.5 miles of pure joy. In a word this bike is SMOOOOTH. It handles curves easily. Acceleration ... is impressive. You don't fight this bike, it's so well balanced that it's like riding...well like It was made for me. Some riders said it was a bit sluggish at highway speeds. I can't disagree more. I went with a friend who has a HD 1200 sportster. I had no problem staying with him. Perhaps they should have spent more and got the C90.
For the money, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing
By (I am an Owner) on Aug 30, 2008This bike has everything you could want in a cruiser and a whole lot more! The ride is more comfortable than any american made bike in its price range and rivals that of the more expensive ones. Although a little stiff in quick turns this bike handles well on the city streets and major highways. ... Why pay more? I got it all!!!
