battery keeps going dead
By (I am an Owner) on Jun 02, 2015I love riding this thing. It is perfect for a new rider. Only problem I have is the battery keeps going dead. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I'm tired of crybabies
By (I am an Enthusiast) on Jun 24, 2013I've had my bike for over a year. The only problem I have had is the battery died after it sat for a while during the winter. Put a new battery in it and I have been riding it for the last 5 months. I even put lights under it, and it gets more looks than everyone else. Sorry you people have had problems, ... but my bike is just fine.

Sapero 250
By (I am an Owner) on May 03, 2011First thing you need to remember is that this is a scooter not a motorcycle!
Got mine @ local shop (March 2011 for a steal of a price - 2008 leftover). I've put 600 miles on it in a little over a month & 1/2. Top speed so far has been 60mph (by GPS not speedometer). Averaging almost 60 mpg, ... use mine for a daily commuter of 20 miles (10 miles to work - 10 miles back home). I stay on roads with a speed limit less than 55mph (driven it once on the highway - death wish). I'm 6ft 2 & 260lbs and it gets me around just fine. For me it was a great "ECONOMICAL ALTERNATIVE" due to rising gas prices.

I'm having battery problems, too.
By (I am an Owner) on Jul 20, 2010I'm on my 4th battery in two years, and it's losing it's charge even with a trickle charger. Now, I can't even sell it. The place where I bought it refused to admit that there was a design flaw and just suddenly closed their doors a few months ago. I'm talking to a lawyer now about a suing them and ... QLink (maybe a class action). What seemed to be a cool bike was really a piece of defective junk.

Sapero Owner
By (I am an Owner) on Jun 24, 2009Before reading the last review, I thought I was the only person who had the battery problem. I bought my Sapero brand new from a local dealer, and it has been in the shop four times. The last time I got it out of the shop, I was promised they found/fixed the problem. Well, I gear up to go riding, ... and lo and behold, THE BATTERY IS DEAD! What a disppointment. So it is still sitting in my garage with on 300 miles on it- Anyone wanna buy a great bike? LOL

BE EXTRA CAREFUL WHEN BUYING A QLINK
By (I am an Owner) on Nov 15, 2008One thing I have found out: neither Qlink nor their vendors are prepared to stand behind their warranties. I recently purchased a new 250. The battery died within 2 weeks of purchase - the warranty is for 30 days! Repeated calls to the vendor, RR Salvage, were rebuffed with them openly saying they ... will not honor the warranty. In speaking to the Qlink regional sales manager in Texas, I was told they won't either. Neither had any issue in being very direct in their open statements that they will not honor the warranties.
