My Street Glide
By (I am an Owner)Bought it used from a dealer with 12000 miles. I added a taller windscreen, as the 4inch caused helmet buffeting, I am 5'8'' and added a 9 inch which improved my comfort zone, a bunch. I added side wings to the bottom front of my bat wing, and the rear cylinder heat shields. These added the exact ... relief I needed for warm summer days. The stock seat works great and I can ride 300+ miles, with 100 miles stops. The bike handles great through the curves, and I do not scrape my with slightly aggressive riding style. I have the stock exhaust pipes, and the sound is acceptable for my old neighbors, who could be harder of hearing for my liking.The handle bars need a bit of coaxing to turn in to the curves, but tracks true through them. The 6 gallon tank gives me a good range for longer cruises. I am swapping out the air temperature gauge for an oil temperature gauge this weekend. Love it.
