ROEHR 1250sc gets EPA approval

CARB approval on its way
By Motorcycle.Com Staff, Aug. 05, 2009
The ROEHR 1250sc has received its Certificate of Conformity from the Environmental Protection Agency.

The certification indicates that the 1250sc conforms to EPA requirements, and delivery of the sportbike may now begin.

We can now begin delivering bikes to our customers that have been waiting patiently for this process to be completed, says Walter Roehrich, president of Roehr Motorcycles.

The sportbike, powered by a 1,250cc supercharged Harley-Davidson V-Rod engine, is still awaiting CARB approval before it can be legal in California. Roehr Motorcycles says the 1250sc should be CARB approved shortly.

We appreciate all the enthusiasm, patience and support from our California customers and plan to start delivering their bikes very soon as well, says Roehrich.
