Everyone already knows that Cannondale is filing a Chapter 11.
The new news is, Cannondale is splitting the business into motorcycle and bicycle divisions, and both to be sold off in Feburary. I have read on more than one web site that two American companies have interest in buying the motorcycle division. One of the rumored interested parties has lots of cash, has large motorcycle mfg. facilities, paints some of their bikes black and orange, and is celebrating an anniversary this year. American Suzuki you say? Nope. This may get interesting in the coming weeks. What would your reaction be to Harley buying Cannondale? Possibly black and orange dirt bikes on the way?
