Our man in England, Glenn LeSanto, had a chance to sit down with Carl Fogarty at his home in
Blackburn, England to discuss his new Foggy Petronas Racing team, other racers, lingering rumors and his post-racing life in general. Even if you're not a Foggy fan, it's worth a read as he candidly speaks about his rivals from the past, as well as the future of motorcycle racing in both World Superbikes andMotoGP. What follows are a few interesting quotes from the complete Foggy interview:

"Racing bikes was easy compared to this."
"I lost touch with a lot of people. I was a superstar, a household name."
"I don't know if Edwards can (win) anymore, he didn't seem hungry enough or brave enough."
"I was bored at Ducati, it was obvious to anybody"
"I couldn't have wished for a better rider (in Troy Corser)... I was maybe supposed to have some guys that were coming to the end of their career, like Peter Goddard or somebody..."

"If I didn't take the chance I would regret it for the rest of my life."
"I've proved everybody wrong in the past and I can do it again... I know we can win."

After reading the interview, let us know what you think of the racing scene now. Oh, and of course, let us know what you think of Foggy and his chances of winning yet again.
