KISS army invading Sturgis
KISS will bring their trademark costumes, make-up and explosive pyrotechnics to Sturgis as part of their 35th anniversary KISS Alive/35 World Tour, the bands first tour since 2004. The band plans to play their KISS ALIVE album in its entirety as well as a few other classics.
KISS founders Gene Simmons and Paul Starchild Stanley will be joined by longtime band members, guitarist Tommy Thayer and drummer Eric Singer.
The concert will take place at the Glencoe Amphitheater, an outdoor venue with a capacity of 100,000. Tickets for the KISS performance are $49.99 for the Early Bird Special general admission and $400 for VIP General admission and may be purchased at http://www.startickets.com/.
Also scheduled to perform at Rockn the Rally is Kenny Chesney on Aug. 6. Other musical acts will be announced.
