Cycle World Motorcycle Shows Gear Up

Show highlight includes manufacturer-sponsored demo rides

By Motorcycle.Com Staff, Oct. 28, 2008
The Cycle World International Motorcycle Shows presented by Toyota kicks off its 13-city nationwide tour with more manufacturer-sponsored demo rides than ever before at shows taking place in Phoenix, AZ; Houston, TX; San Mateo, CA; Long Beach, CA; and Greenville, SC.

These demo rides provide a valuable tool when it comes to shopping for a new bike as you can ‘Try before you buy.’ Brands vary by market but are scheduled to include BRP, Buell, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, KYMCO, Suzuki, Victory and Yamaha.

Licensed motorcyclists who bring their own riding gear (including a helmet) may participate. The manufacturer-sponsored rides are typically held on Saturday and Sunday during daylight hours as weather permits with special Friday rides available at certain locations.
