If you were going to do a motorcycle start-up, it’s hard to think of a better place to do it than the defunct Brooklyn Navy Ship Yard. It used to crank out battleships, now it cranks out wine, houses a rooftop urban farm and about 330 other businesses in its bustling industrial park.
