The best cruiser I have owned
By (I am an Owner) on Oct 03, 2010I traded a 2008 Harley Davidson FXDL for a slightly used 2007 Road Star Midnight Silverado with 7234 on the clock. This bike is so perfect for me and my riding style. The 102 Ci engine is just so powerful and the sound is low rumble. With only a five speed gear box I was concerned since my Harely ... had six speeds. I was so pleased when I rode it, the gearing is spaced apart that when hit 5th the rpm's drop lower that my Harley and there is plenty of power there when you need it. The all chrome front end, blacked-out engine mixed with the right amount of chrome is just perfection. There are so many custom after market parts available you can loose you 401K adding to the bike. The only issue I have is with the "Hard Saddle Bags". They are made of then plastic and are mounted too high which I seem to kick when I mount or dismount the bike. Other than that, this is the bike to own!

Sharp looking bike that always turns heads. One of the best valued metric cruisers on the market.
