I love mine

I bought a 2005 C90T used a couple of years back and was pleasantly surprised by the handling for a bike that size.(I have had a Kawasaki VN750, Kawasaki Voyager 1200 and Kawasaki VN800B oer the past ten years.)I get 50 MPG consistantly and am very comfortable when riding it. The 3.7 gallon gas tank... is a bit small. I usually stop around 125 to 140 miles to fuel up.You can add a 2.5 aux tank.I added a drivers backrest and it make a huge difference in comfort.I have friends who have the C90T and all are very satisfied. Awesome Bike

Excellent quality bike. The prettiest girl at the dance !! Great Acceleration.. smooth handling... I've had my bike for 3 years with no problems. Very comfortable for the long haul. One unique thing about the bike is that the center of gravity is below you. She just pulls through the turns very ...solid and secure.. good brakes stop quickly.. What I really think!

This is one truck of a bike and about as exciting to ride as a Ford F150 but just as dependable and better looking. The worst, the very worst thing about it is the tiny gas tank, 3.5 gal., ridiculous for such a large and heavy bike. The bike looks gorgeous but riding it, well things start to irrita...te. It's really quiet due to it's huge exhaust system. It chokes the power and is very heavy. If you want rumble switch that out. The windshield is too small and inefficent for long highway trips, switch that out with a fairing and different shield. It's a tough bike to do ordinary maintainence on because everything is difficult to get at with lots of stuff to remove to get at the parts. Too many screws and nuts. Changing plugs for example is a major ordeal. The rider's seat is comfortable but very awkward to remove. Getting down to it, it's a really solid bike but needs a lot of expensive work on it to make it a GOOD cruiser. The transmission is clanky, the clutch is almost not featherable before it grabs. In it's stock config you may be able to get 100mph out of it on a long flat. In lower gears it has plenty of torque. It's a truck. If you want to tow a trailer this is the bike for you or maybe plough your backyard. The price is right and it looks really gorgeous but Suzuki messed up on this bike if what you want is a rumbling good cruiser right out of the box. You could make it one if you spent a lot on it. The C90T as a stock bike has potential but needs work

I bought my stock C90T in 2008, it was in pristine new condition with only 4,000 easy miles on it. It was a splashy looking bike, loads of chrome, beautiful midnight blue paintjob. It's a big bike weighs in at close to 850lbs. It was my first big bike.

When I started riding it town and highway I h...ad some gripes. Perhaps it's biggest fault is the ridiculously small gas tank capacity, something just over 3 gallons. The transmission shifting in the lower gears is very clanky but I got used to that. The stock windshield is not shaped properly to do what it should do at highway speeds. The front shocks bottom out if you hit a bad bump. The stock exhaust is too heavy, chromy and quiet for my liking. It's also a very heavy bike to handle in parking lots and stop and go traffic...So I set to work.

Swapped out the exhaust for a 2 into one Cobra, gained about 40lbs of less metal weight by just that change. The catalytic converter went bye bye. I installed a Cobra FI2000 module..you require that..$200. Ditched the stock windshield and intalled a Rifle windshield and fairing..just great. The seat is comfortable over the long haul, its a bit wide in the crotch though. Along with the other performance things I swapped the factory spark plugs for irridium plugs, run car synthetic oil. I lost the leather saddlebags and installed hardbags and a rear trunk. I bought and installed a Metzler whitewall tire for the front looks terrific on that bike.

This bike really hauls now, more torque than you can easily use and it sounds awesome with the aftermarket pipes. The cons are that it will never be an easy town bike, too heavy with no reverse gear. I should spend the money and labor on an in frame 2 gallon extra gas tank (aftermarket). On long out of the way trips you'd be wise to pack gas. The stock gas tank is way too small!
This is now a great long distance hauler and solid and comfortble to ride but its defintely not nimble. Oh yes, it's awkward to work on for a number of reasons, too many to mention here.
It's a solid dependable machine, not particularly exciting to ride except when accelerating fast, it'll suck you back. Pros: it now looks gorgeous and not just according to me. Cons: as stock bike, I hated it. Spend $4 or $5K on it and it's a great cruiser but I would never describe it as a sweet bike. It's more like a Dodge Ram in truck terms. In the years since this 2005 was designed and built, I don't think Suzuki has changed much re the basic design of the C90, paint options maybe. 2005 suzuki c90t

This is the best bike I have ever owned. It has never let me down yet. The only problem I have had was the stator&rectifyer/regulator. I have added a Bully fuel processor and an open K&N filter and the bike runs very well. I have test driven Harleys and Victorys and the c90 in my opinion is ...a better all around bike. With an oil cooler, hydraulic clutch and shaft drive it is a very low maintenace bike. Read Full Review
