Excellent Sooter!
By (I am an Owner) on Aug 02, 2009I purchased my Grand Vista in May of 2008 with only 600 miles on it. I have put 3500 miles on it since. I regularly get over 70 miles per gallon. Its top speed with a gps is in the middle 70s.Its ride is o.k. but could be better if it had bigger tires.I am 5'10" and the legroom is adequate the under ... seat storage is one of the best ive seen. Alot of nice features for the money and a very reliable scooter.

a great commuter scooter
By (I am an Owner) on Nov 02, 2008this summer, when scooter inventories were bare, I had the chance to purchase a used 2005 Grand Vista immediately. not having ridden any sort of motorcyle or scooter, I have nothing to compare it to, but I'm very happy with my purchase.
the under-seat storage is almost big enough ... to store a small Vespa. I can get 4 full bags of groceries inside the bike with no trouble. a 32 pack of soda from Costco also fits (two 8-packs inside and 2 in the top case) making this almost as effective as a car.
the ride is smooth and comfortable. hanling is easy and responsive. I am getting right about 62 mpg average so my weekly gas bill is about $5.50 :-)
if the Vespa is the BMW of scoots, the Kymcos are the Toyotas - efficient, less expensive, and just as nice.
