  • Fantastic Bike!!!!!
By  (I am an Owner) on Mar 19, 2009

Got rid of my Fat Boy about 5 years ago and wanted to get back into riding this year so I picked this up from a dealer in San Antonio initally because of the cost. This is my first Jap cruiser (had Ninja's and GSX-Rs when teenage) and I haven't been disappointed in the least bit. Fantastic power, ...

Pluses...Smooth engine (gear driven counter balancer)

Soulful exhaust note, even with stock pipes.

Rock solid stability in the corners.

    Great fit and finish.

Ease of maintenance due to hydraulic valve lash adjusters, spin-on oil filter and shaft drive.

    ...

Liquid cooled..very good ( I've watched the air cooled bikes caught in Daytona bike week traffic overheat and shut off, not good.)

    Only two minuses both minor..

handlebar width and the bike is heavy(about 745 pounds with full tank).

    In other words...great bike.
