Great All Around Bike
By (I am a Writer) on Apr 25, 2020The 1500 Classic has amazing rideability both in and around town and on the highway. With a low seat height and quite roomy foot positions its a good fit for short and tall riders. (Under 6'1) The peak torque hits at 3000rpms so its easy to have fun with it around town and with some easy mods, you ... can make it sound great with aftermarket pipes and give it a few more horses with a new air intake. Plus, the used sticker price is dirt cheap and its relatively light compared to any other bike at this displacement and above. Thumbs up if your on the fence.

Amature rider
By (I am an Owner) on Jul 04, 2017Love the bike. Enough power to haul two people easily. Interstate driving is smooth and controlled. Mustang seats help with comfort, but wind noise is high around the windshield. A wider shield might help that. Low sitting seat makes stops easy, floorboards are well forward for extra leg comfort. ... The heel toe shifter is smooth and makes riding fun, no more sore toes and worn boot leather. Hydraulc clutch is great, no slipping in stop-n-go traffic when the clutch gets hot. Bike is very heavy, can be a bit hard to maneuver in tight spaces at slow speeds.
