I may have made a mistake

The bike is nice to look at. I wanted a bike for my wife so she could ride with me. She sat on it and said the seat is a little hard, but it felt ok. She said she could get use to it. I took it home because she said she liked the look better than the new Kawi. I didn’t take the one off of the show r...oom floor because it had 3 rusty screws and the fender had a small crack. I waited for mine to come in. I picked it up on a Wednesday and took it back on Friday to replace the battery. I thought it was loose but it was just dead. Ridding it home was nice because it was allot lighter to ride than my 900RR. It was when I got home and tried to turn around in the driveway, that I got a surprise. I had to put my feet down to back up and then continue my turn.. That was weird to me because on my 900RR I never have to do that. I took another ride out to the dealer because the screws were rusting and i was tired of tightening them. I was really looking for after market parts because the Hyosung mirrors suck. I also had them adjust the clutch cable because, its almost imposable to get this thing in neutral sometimes. Any way my wife wont ride it because she thinks it will fall apart on her. The dealer took apart the clutch and said it is fine, they said it would take some time for it to get easier to put in neutral. Therefore, I have been ridding it everyday trying to get it ready for my wife. 2194 miles later and still no change, the lock tight on the screws came loose and the mirrors refuse to stay in place. I was looking on a KoRider web site but I refuse to put any more money into this thing. It is a new bike and should ride and feel like one. The screws they replaced rusted and the bike has only been washed once. The bike sleeps in my garage. The forks seem like they lost there stiffness, so back to the dealer I go. My wife said she would not ride it now until I smile and tell her I am completely sure it won’t fall apart and I am happy with my purchase. I can’t do that. Save your money for a used\new anything else but a Hyosung. I am sure they will build better quality bikes in the future. Read Full Review

love the bike

I purchased this bike as my first bike. I was a little worried about getting a 250 everyone said that it would be to small for me 6'3" 240lbs. I fits me fine and I do not look like I am riding my sons bike. I have not had any problems with rusting or loose screws or getting the bike in nuetr...al. The one thing I have noticed is that if I have a problem putting the bike in nuetral from a standstill I have to move it a little to find nuetral. The only real issue I have had is that the speedomoter is off by 6 miles. After talking to some other bike owners. They have the same issue with some of their bike. I love the ride. I bought my bike in mid june I have already put 4000 miles on it. I plan on upgrading to the gt650 in a year or two. Read Full Review
