transmission Knock

Bought this bike in early spring, first 600ks ran great, after 800 plus ks I have a trans knock. Harley says they will not fix it they say that it is normal on some bikes. I have owned many of these bikes 5 to be exact from 2005 up. None of them ever knocked at all.
