Vibration update

As stated on my earlier review the vibration issue was getting worse so I contacted HD in Concord ontario.

I spoke at length with their customer service rep and in the end he said to me " you don't understand Mr McFarlane I could help you if I wanted to but I am not going to ".

All I can say is for a passenger the ultra classic sucks. Its vibrates the hell out of me. No wonder harley riders dont ride very long at one time.
