Short rider
By (I am an Owner) on Sep 10, 2018Well me being 5" 2' and 135lb I would have never consider owning an HD. This one fit me perfect and for a starter bike its awesome to have an HD. Fuel injection is nice - no choke to deal with. I really have been enjoying it.

Harley Davidson can do better
By (I am an Enthusiast) on May 30, 2018The Harley Davidson might be the cheapest new Harley you can buy, but it's most certainly the worst motorcycle they've built in decades. While the engine is fairly modern by Harley Davidson standards the rest of the motorcycle isn't up to the usual Harley Davidson quality. Cut corners and low quality ... parts are all the easy to see and the motorcycle doesn't try to hide them. You can get a lot better quality, performance and value from the Japanese brands for the same or even less money.

Could be the worst motorcycle on the road today
By (I am an Enthusiast) on May 30, 2018The "new" Street 500 is a terrible motorcycle at any price. I test rode it's slightly higher spec brother, the Street Rod, and it was a reasonably good engine wrapped in cut corners and profit enhancing parts. It would be overpriced at thousands less.
