Victory to Support Breathe Easy Ride
Victory to support Breathe Easy Ride
When their son, Dayne was diagnosed with CF, Glover and wife Molly turned to their friends in the motorcycle community for support.
Cystic Fibrosis is devastating for so many young lives and families, says Glover, the former AMA Motocross champion, and member of the AMA Hall of Fame. When we received the diagnosis of CF we were devastated but with the support of our family and friends we found our strength. As news spread to our friends and the industry, the idea for a charity ride came together, and last year we launched the Breathe Easy Ride. We were stunned by the support and the money we raised for this important fight especially since this terrible disease receives zero government funding.
Were excited to have Victory motorcycles as part of our event this year, and are looking forward to seeing that long line of motorcycles ride together in support of finding a cure for this disease.
All proceeds benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundations on-going mission to find a cure or control for cystic fibrosis. All street-legal riders are invited to join the ride, meeting motorcycling legends scheduled to appear such as Darryl Atkins, Ron Lechien, David Bailey, Scot Harden, Troy Lee, Mike Bell, Larry Huffman, Jeremy McGrath, Denny Berg, Rick Johnson, Roland Sands, Scott Burnworth, Grant Langston, Marty Tripes, Roger DeCoster, Danny LaPorte, Jeff Ward, Micky Dymond, Eddie Lawson, Brenda Fox, Mark Blackwell and of course Broc and Dayne Glover.
Those who cannot attend the ride are encouraged to visit http://www.breatheeasyride.com/ for other ways to show support, including making a tax-deductible cash donation, event sponsorships, opportunity drawings, and participate in the eBay auction of some amazing motorcycling memorabilia.
