Chinese Aprilias Coming?

I really do not know what to think about this piece of news.
Jincheng Corporation, one of China’s largest motorcycle manufacturers, today announced a strategic alliance with Europe’s largest producer of motorcycles and scooters. [...snip...]
Through the agreement, Jincheng will manufacture a new line of Aprilia motorcycles and engines.
Are we going to see Chinese made Aprilia's in the USA?
Or are these going to be Jincheng branded scooters that just happen to look like Aprilia's?
Or are Aprilia's going to have Chinese engines?
What will this do to the Aprilia brand?
I have no clue, any idea's or rumors you heard?
