Get Motorcycle.com in your InboxThe site suggests a variety of improvements that can be made to the S, plus some fixes for common S problems, such as surging. The site also outlines alternatives to modifications we tested on our own S.
For example, the site lists a variety of aftermarket paralever links but also states the stock link from an R1100GS works well to improve the S' handling.
This site is neither endorsed by MO nor BMW, so take what you read with a grain of salt. But if you seek information from fellow R1100S enthusiasts, this might be a good place to visit.
