Personal trainer describes Kentucky Kidís workout
The 2006 MotoGP Champion, Hayden is the subject of a two-page spread in the latest issue of the menís magazine. The article examines the physical demands of MotoGP racing and includes a description of Haydenís physical workout from his personal trainer Aldon Baker.
Haydenís weekly routine includes a daily dose of cardio, three strength-building workouts and yoga.
