Ducati Grandstand goes international

Fan section to expand to nine MotoGP stops in 2008

By Motorcycle.Com Staff, Mar. 20, 2008
An army of Ducati racing fans will be taking over an entire section at nine MotoGP races this year.

Expanding on the successful experience of last year’s race in Mugello, Italy, where 3,000 Ducati fans took in the race from one of the most spectacular sections, Ducati will offer the same experience at other MotoGP stops around the world, including Laguna Seca and Indianapolis.

The Ducati Grandstand will also be appearing at four European locations, Misano, Italy, Le Mans, France, Sachsenring, Germany, and Valencia, Spain, as well as Phillip Island in Australia and Motegi in Japan.

Fans can order tickets at http://www.ducati.com/. While details may differ from race to race, tickets for the Ducati grandstand at Mugello includes access to view the qualifying sessions and a Ducati gift bag. For the race, a giant screen will be positioned nearby to help fans follow the action on the entire track.
