Love the 2-stroke power
By (I am an Owner) on Nov 29, 2008The only two scooters I really looked at were the Zuma and Ruckus, both of which would have suited my needs. I chose the Zuma because I wanted something that was 2-stroke.
I ride this thing all around town, and I especially like going off road for "urban adventures". The Zuma has ... nice fat on/off road tires, which I've driven in the snow, on railroad beds, etc. They can really take a beating--this was exemplified when my girlfriend crashed the scooter this summer. She sprained her ankle and the scooter was in the middle of the street, on its side, but still running.
With gas prices being so high, there are lots of Korean scooters flooding the market for ridiculous prices. I'd recommend the Zuma because there are a lot of aftermarket parts and forums for support. Did I mention, you can disassemble the scooter with like 2 tools? Very easy to work on.
