Tough Bike
By (I am an Owner) on Oct 29, 2012After testing several other bikes the 2010 Fat Bob won my heart. I have since put over 16K milkes on it with most being one up highway miles. I live in Arkansas and have toured the entire state on this bike. Cruising the Ozarks and their twisting roads make this bike an absolute dream to ride. But ... it doesn't stop there, I have riden to KY and AL a few times and it is comfortable for long interstate rides as well. This bike is built to run and has a sinister look and feel to it, corners like it is on rails and is the bruising cruiser of the dyna family. If you tough bike with an attitude that can handle everything you throw at it you can not go wrong with the Fat Bob.

I am sooooooo happy
By (I am an Owner) on Apr 13, 2012I bought this bike 13 1/2 months ago and have 15,000 miles on it. It has been the best investment I have ever made. The bike is great going through traffic, through the mountains, farm land, you name it, it's happy and I have a huge grin. I do scrape the pegs and pipes at times, but its just a nice ... warning. If you are considering a bike, you should really try the Fat Bob.

HD got it right with this one
By (I am an Owner) on Aug 22, 2010I test drove the fat boy and wide glide. As soon as I hit the throttle on the Fat Bob I knew it was the best bike for me. The forward controls lets you sit comfortably and the bike is well balanced and handles great for a big bike. If you test ride this bike, you will walk out with one.

Best Bike Ever
By (I am an Owner) on Aug 11, 2010Originally a sportbike rider, I moved to cruisers and bought a '08 Kawasaki Mean Streak 1600. Rode it for a while, upgraded the exhaust and installed a PCIII. A great bike with excellent handling, braking, and Japanese quality. But something was missing. Just didn't feel any character or soul with ... the Meanie. Felt like I was riding a bike that was trying to be something else. I fell in love with the Fat Bob but thought I couldn't afford one. Haggled with the dealer for over a month. Finally left with a Scarlet Red version. Without a question the best bike I have ever owned. Didn't think the riding experience was going to be any different. The vibrations, signature Harley exhaust note, quality craftsmanship, and of course, character and soul are all there. You will not be happy until you own a Harley. I am living proof.

Best Christmas present ever
By (I am an Owner) on Apr 18, 2010After a long wait of 25 years my wife bought a 2010 Fat Bob for me. I fell in love with the bike when it first came out in 2008 and knew this was going to be the bike for a real rider. I looked at the other big bikes but this had the total package. I have been riding it now for nearly 4 months and ... couldn't ask for a better handling machine. The ride is great, even on the windy days here on the southern plains. When I need to turn it around in a tight spot the bike handles like a much smaller, lighter bike in these tight spaces. Don't be fooled for when it is time to get out on the open road and ride with the pack, the 2010 Fat Bob is more than willing to lead the way. The tough looks of the bike turns heads and always has others saying things like" that is the bike I wanted, but settled for something less. Don't settle for something less, through your leg over one and head out on the highway.

Great Bike!
By (I am an Owner) on Apr 08, 2010I am very happy with this bike and originally fell in love with it when I was a test rider for Harley. This bike has all day comfort and is very agile even with the 130 mm front tire. I put a PC 5 with a Ness Big Sucker kit and Rush exhaust with 2" baffels and got just over 10% increase in torque ... and HP across the entire power band! If your looking for a great Harley this is definately a great one to go with.

Muscle up!
By (I am an Owner) on Feb 22, 2010After riding my 2010 FXDF for about 700mi it's hard to go back and ride anything less powerful and fun. This bike likes to go fast and shifts through each gear with ease and well mannered torque. The bike is easy to handle at high and low speeds, looks mean and feels solid, and ultimately provides ... a ride that is both confident and secure. It's my first Harley, and having ridden both Suzuki and Yamaha which were also great bikes, I'm convinced the FAT BOB is the right bike for the kind of riding I do.

Real Ride and very Safe
By (I am an Owner) on Jan 28, 2010After looking at BMW bikes, and owning a 1200 Sportster and riding every bike Harley has in its Austin showroom, I traded up to the Fat Bob. Dual front disc brakes, large front tire and a hard tail frame give you a ride that is fun and safe to lean into curves and manuever in a sport way with a big ... bike.
If you want more than sitting on the bike and riding the highways, the Fat Bob is the Sportster on steroids and let's you have fun wherever you are riding. Harley should make all of its bikes with dual front disc brakes.

Great Bike with room to grow!
By (I am an Owner) on Sep 03, 2009This bike has style! Very happy with my purchase! Love the fat tires. Nice low seat height to get your leg over. The factory exhaust is really quiet until you get on it then it gets to the point you know it is there. Rides very nice unless you are on a very rough road then it rattles you but in most ... riding conditions nice ride. Front brakes are great; rears good; could use a wider brake pedal on forward controls. Shifts are solid and nice. 6th gear is for highway for sure. Again i would like a wider shift lever have to bend foot in a little. It runs great and starts right away with that fuel injection. Gas gauge accurate and lite comes on with about 1 gallon left. The remaining miles indicator is close i usally have more mile left than it says. Dual trip meters, clock. Could use a tachometer. It is avaliable in different config but does get expensive. Kick stand i cannot get it down while on the bike. Added a jiffy stand extension now i can get it down. So only short falls Gear and brake lever should be out more, Kick stand and Tach. All minor stuff. Lots of toys for bike. Excellent and very happy.
