2008 Ducati 1098 S

Ive had this bike for about 2 years now and I love it. Never had any mechanical issues with mine. The performance is awesome, being that its now 2021 there are bikes out there that are much faster but none the less. Comfort is fine. Ive ridden for hours with no issues. For value, there's plenty of ... used ones out there for around 8 grand. At that price this bike is totally worth it. Love the Ohlins suspension on this bike. I had an 848 with the stock suspension on it prior to this bike and this is night and day compared to the stock suspension on the 848/ 1098.

This is the best thing on two wheels. I've riding dozens of racer rockets and never have experienced as smooth and fast of a ride as this. You pay for what you're getting. Shocks, brakes, engine, its the full package and where I live in southern California where the ratio to human beings is 3:1, ... this bike never fails to turn heads.

I just got this about 3 weeks ago its an awsome bike; smooth controls and lots of power, this is my first street bike it took a little to get used to turns and leaning over the tank from riding dirt bikes.

Best motorcycle ....

Not the best I've ever ridden. Power was good. But the comfort was not there. I would only go on short rides with this. Wouldn't think about long trips.

The first thing you will notice is this bike never stops pulling through all the gears. Come out of a corner in the wrong gear? No problem, just about every gear has enough power to hustle you back onto the straight ahead. I'm a pretty novice rider and this bike has definately given me the confidence ... to ride. If the power is too much to handle, buy the 848, the handling is unbelievable and surpassed by none. It is solid around every corner, even with my hick-ups entering them now and again.
